Who We Are
MAi Pay is a local merchant credit card processing company with more than 15 years of experience in the payment industry.
Our background includes working within large banking institutions, where we were first introduced to the payments industry and learned how merchant processing operates from a corporate standpoint. We later expanded our experience working as an Independent Sales Organization, giving us exposure to both sides of the business.
Through this experience, we gained insight into how corporate banking environments focus on customer service, compliance, and brand protection, while the Independent Sales Organization model focuses on flexibility, creative problem solving, and providing solutions for businesses and industries that may not fit traditional banking models.
This dual experience allows us to offer something different. We understand the many options available to merchants and combine that knowledge with strong customer service to deliver real value.
We also focus on understanding what businesses truly need beyond payment processing. From improving online presence and customer reviews to streamlining operations and pairing businesses with the right technology, we aim to support long term growth and efficiency.
